The most radical of all web site hosting platforms, the dedicated servers supplied by Essen Inc. incorporate various website hosting CP options: (a) Hepsia (with the Debian Linux Operating System exclusively; charge-free; unmetered hosted TLDs; 1 account login; no dedicated server root privileges; our recommendation number one because of the addition of the state-of-the-art Domain Manager – not present by default in any other web hosting CP in the whole market); (b) DirectAdmin (fee-free); (c) cPanel (a monthly charge included). Both DirectAdmin and cPanel are available with CentOS only; unlimited hosted domain names; call for an extra user account login for domain name, billing transaction and support ticket management procedures; full server root access. All dedicated web hosting servers are available solely in the American datacenter facility.

Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia web hosting Control Panel is a regular tool solely in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is provided without charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered domain names in a single account. This is conceivable thanks to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager platform. The other Control Panel platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available only in combination with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must use 2 autonomous account logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain registration/transfer/management functionalities. If you opt for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web server, there will be no CP choice.

Hosted Hostnames ² - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered hosting CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your web page names under one single account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP setups do not supply such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and this is why they necessitate 2 separate hosting user accounts: 1 domain management/billing/support user account and 1 site administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).

OS (Operating System) ³ - you will see that the Hepsia CP is available with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to install it on your dedicated web server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel devices can operate only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
